Quick Start: Create Your Account & Complete 5-Step Onboarding​

Get up and running with JobRoutr in just a few minutes:

First: Create Your Account - Sign up and verify your email

Then complete the 5-step onboarding wizard:

  1. Create Organization - Set up your company details and billing information
  2. Connect QuickBooks - Integrate with QuickBooks Online (optional but recommended)
  3. Build Your Services - Define your service offerings and task lists
  4. Configure Email - Set up automated customer communications
  5. Invite Team Members - Add your technicians and staff

If you're brand new to JobRoutr, begin with creating your account and then follow the 5-step onboarding wizard.

What You'll Need​

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A valid business email address
  • Your company information (name, address, phone)
  • QuickBooks Online account (optional, but recommended for accounting integration)
  • List of services you offer with pricing
  • Team member email addresses (if inviting staff)
  • Company logo (optional, for email branding)

Estimated Setup Time​

  • Basic Setup (Steps 1-2): ~5 minutes
  • QuickBooks Integration (Step 3): ~5 minutes
